Can I go back to the old app?

We are very sorry but it is not possible to restore the old app onto your device once you have done the update to the new Carbs & Cals app.

We were unable to notify customers directly in the app about the update. We did try to notify as many people as possible via our newsletter and social media, warning them to not update if they did not want to lose the diary data. There was also a warning on the app store listing about data loss for existing customers.

We do appreciate this is not ideal and many people have auto-updates turned on. We can only apologise but we really had no other choice to update the app as Apple and Google do not give us access to the email addresses of people who use the app, so we were unable to contact users directly.
