What are the blood glucose icons?

This is a feature from our World Foods book that many people, especially those living with type 2 or pre-diabetes find very helpful. The concept was created in collaboration with those living with diabetes and healthcare professionals working in the field.

It is a visual way to represent carbs, and each "blood glucose icon" simply represents 5g of carbs.

It is a feature you can turn on or off depending on your preference. This is done from the Profile section of the app (top right). Then tap "Glucose display", you can turn it on or off from here.
