How many carbs should I eat each day?

It’s not possible to give a single figure for daily carbs that is applicable to everyone, as there are many variables that could affect your personal requirements for carbs. Gender, age, weight and physical activity all play a part.

For most people, it’s recommended that 40% to 50% of total calories come from carbs, although for others it could be lower than this.
